I can't express to you the fulfillment I get from working out - my body is awake, my mind is stimulated and I feel accomplished. I have to change up my fitness routine consistently though so that I don't get burnt out on one activity. Whether it is boxing, running, biking or yoga, each day and each week is slightly different.
My husband is currently training to fight Golden Gloves boxing - he competes in March ... more on that later ... so I have been able to spice up my workout plan with some of his cardio routines.
It is a GREAT workout! You will feel it in every part of your body and best of all, you don't need a gym membership or any equipment to complete it!
I can't wait to try this one!.... Looks like a great way to do cardio at home.... but i have no stairs! :( I'm joining a gym in Mooresville on Sunday and will be attempting a strength training spin class on Monday nights! It's $6 a class for non-members if you ever want to join me.
